# GitHub troubleshooting

> Diagnose repository visibility, permission, branch, and source synchronization problems.

## Repository does not appear

Confirm that the correct GitHub account or organization is connected, the repository was included in the granted access, and organization restrictions do not block the connection.

## New commits are not reflected

Check the selected repository and branch, verify source synchronization, and confirm that a new build or revision was created from the new source. A commit does not automatically mean that a preview or production deployment has changed.

## Branch is unavailable

Confirm the branch name and repository access, then refresh the source connection if the branch was recently created or renamed.

## GitHub connection was revoked

Reconnect the customer GitHub integration and reselect the repository if required. Review the requested permissions before approving the connection.
