Starters give codegen a known application substrate: conventions for structure, accessibility, states, and the adapters that generated output is allowed to use. The starter catalog distinguishes admitted contracts from proposed contracts. Starter metadata is generated from the canonical starter library when available. Implementation paths and internal host details are not published.
