P2HS exposes an agent-access surface for AI clients and automation. It is authorization-aware: clients receive only the workspace, project, capability, and tool access granted to them. Supported operations vary by client and workspace. They can include project discovery, build estimation, build execution and status, revision inspection, and deployment actions where enabled.
MCP access is not a bypass around workspace ownership, billing, capability admission, or confirmation requirements. Treat an AI client grant as a scoped service identity.
