Preview is not available

Check that a successful revision exists, the preview deployment completed, and the project has the configuration and environment values required by the application. If the latest build failed or produced a blocked result, fix that state first.

Preview shows the previous version

Confirm the latest project revision, the revision associated with the preview deployment, and that a new build actually completed. A source update alone does not mean a new preview exists.

The preview loads but a feature fails

Separate a page-loading issue from a backend action issue. Check that the required capability exists in the composition, the connector is configured, the application is authenticated where required, and the environment contains the expected non-secret configuration.

Preview differs from production

Preview and production can point to different revisions and configuration. Compare the revision and environment shown by each deployment. Do not copy production secrets into preview manually; configure each environment through the project’s supported settings. Related: Deployments and domains, Backend overview.
