Integration will not connect

Check the credential or OAuth approval, required provider scopes, account permissions, selected provider account or workspace, and the P2HS project/workspace binding.

Integration shows connected but an action fails

Confirm that the requested capability is supported by the connector, the connected credential can access the provider resource, the project binding is correct, and all required configuration fields are present.

Credentials expired or were revoked

Rotate or reconnect the integration from P2HS settings. Do not paste replacement credentials into prompts, generated source, or support requests.

Webhook or event is not arriving

Check the connection status, provider event subscription, provider-side webhook configuration, supported event list, and project binding. If the provider shows delivery attempts, compare the visible event and delivery status with the P2HS connection configuration.

Inbound sync does not create or update data

Check the supported operation, payload mapping, required fields, project/environment binding, and the identifier used to match an existing record.
