Provider credentials are rejected

Check the key or token, credential permissions, supported provider, and the project or workspace scope of the connection. Rotate the credential through the BYOK settings if it may have been exposed or revoked.

The provider works directly but not through P2HS

Check the connected provider configuration, selected BYOK profile, required capability, and provider account restrictions. A provider account working directly does not guarantee that every P2HS action is supported through the configured connection.

A model is unavailable

Model availability is governed by the connected provider account and the supported P2HS BYOK configuration. Confirm the selected profile and the provider account’s access before retrying.
