A build shows an estimate but does not start

Cost estimation and build execution are separate steps when the product requests confirmation. Check whether the estimate is awaiting confirmation, whether required inputs are still missing, and whether the project has enough available credits.

Insufficient AI credits

Check the workspace balance and plan state in the dashboard. Resolve the billing or credit issue before retrying the build; repeatedly submitting the same request will not increase the available balance.

A build failed after credits were used

Check the visible run and billing state in the dashboard. P2HS billing treatment for failed or canceled work is authoritative; do not assume a refund or release unless the product shows that outcome.

BYOK and credits

BYOK changes which connected provider account supplies the model operation. P2HS orchestration, build, or other platform charges may still apply according to the workspace’s current product and billing configuration. Check the dashboard for the applicable treatment.
