P2HS provides the record engine for entities, records, relations, and field indexes. The platform references records through opaque project and record identifiers and keeps record contents within the managed application runtime boundary. Generated applications should use the approved records and entities contract for reads, writes, queries, and relations. Access is project-scoped and server-authorized.
Application records are distinct from workspace, project, billing, and policy data. This separation keeps tenant policy authoritative at the P2HS platform boundary.
