Troubleshooting

Build is waiting for input

Open the run timeline and supply the required user inputs or capability approvals. A waiting run is not the same as a failed run.

Preview is unavailable

Check that the build produced a revision, the preview deployment completed, and the project configuration contains the values required by the selected runtime. Do not copy production credentials into a preview by hand.

Connector action fails

Check connection status, required provider scopes, project binding, webhook or callback configuration, and whether the requested action is admitted for that connector. Rotate credentials through the platform rather than editing generated source.

Deployment fails

Inspect build output, environment configuration, domain status, and the deployment timeline. Retry only after identifying whether the failure is transient or caused by the revision/configuration.

API returns unauthorized

Verify the bearer token, workspace/project scope, and the caller’s grant or membership. A valid token does not override project ownership or capability policy.
