Confirm that the correct GitHub account or organization is connected, the repository was included in the granted access, and organization restrictions do not block the connection.

New commits are not reflected

Check the selected repository and branch, verify source synchronization, and confirm that a new build or revision was created from the new source. A commit does not automatically mean that a preview or production deployment has changed.

Branch is unavailable

Confirm the branch name and repository access, then refresh the source connection if the branch was recently created or renamed.

GitHub connection was revoked

Reconnect the customer GitHub integration and reselect the repository if required. Review the requested permissions before approving the connection. Related: GitHub integration, Import an existing project.
